How To Make Mango Halwa Step by step instructions
1. First of all, turn on the gas on low flame. After that, place a non-stick pan (tawa) on the gas. Let the pan (tawa) heat up on low flame. After that, add 2 tablespoons of ghee in the pan. When the ghee is completely hot, add the cleaned semolina in it in the pan. Then stir the semolina with a spoon. Mix all the ghee in the semolina well. Roast the semolina in the ghee until it turns brown. Keep the flame of the gas on low while roasting the semolina.


2. After the rava is roasted, add half a cup of water to the pan. Then add the water until it becomes a dough. Keep stirring the rava. Keep stirring the rava for 2 to 3 minutes. After that, add 1 cup of mango pulp to the rava. Mix all this mixture until the rava and mango juice become thick. After that, add 1 cup of milk to the rava. Mix all this mixture. Let the milk mix in the rava. Keep stirring until this mixture becomes thick.



3. Add 1 cup of sugar to the rava. And keep mixing the rava with a spoon until the sugar dissolves. After the sugar is completely mixed, add cardamom powder and cut dry fruits to it.
